Performance Benchmarking for Water Utilities

Having the ability to manage performance is even more important in a demanding and risky environment, such as the one of Water Utilities, hence organizations within the water sector have to be up-to-date with the industry’s performance levels and their own performance level in comparison. In 2016, The KPI Institute, through its Center for Performance Benchmarking and Utilities Performance Labs initiated a large series of secondary benchmarking projects in order to reveal the key indicators used within the Water Utilities sector and enable professionals to benchmark their own performance against well-known Water Utilities companies.
